Terms
Draft. Not yet reviewed by a lawyer. The parts in [brackets] are still to be filled in.
Last changed October 14, 2026.
These terms are between your business and [Keepseeker’s legal name and address]. By setting up a business on Keepseeker, you agree to them.
What Keepseeker is
Keepseeker is free to use. It helps you post jobs, see who applied, and look after new hires through their first 90 days. It tells you what to do and when. You do the hiring, and the telling.
What you look after
- Your hiring decisions, and following the hiring and employment rules that apply to you. That includes the questions you ask on a job, the pay you publish, and how long you keep applications and personnel records.
- Telling the people you hire what you keep about them, where the rules say you must.
- Who on your team has access, and keeping your sign-in to yourself.
- Not putting anything into Keepseeker you have no right to.
What Keepseeker does not promise
- That anyone you hire stays. Keepseeker shows who is still there on day 90; it cannot make them stay.
- That the figures on Analytics are exact. They come from what you and your team record and the numbers you enter. Nothing is checked against payroll.
- That it never goes down or never has a mistake in it. It is provided as it is.
Your records
They stay yours. See the privacy page for what is held and how it is deleted. You can delete your business at any time from Settings, Your account.
