Keepseeker is used by small businesses to post jobs, take applications and look after new hires through their first 90 days. [Keepseeker’s legal name and address] runs it. This page says what Keepseeker holds, who sees it and how it is deleted.
If you applied for a job, or work somewhere that uses Keepseeker
The business you applied to decides what happens with your application. Keepseeker keeps it for them.
What is held
- What you gave on the apply form: your name, your mobile number, the shifts you can work, your answers to the business's questions, and your resume if you added one.
- Your interview time, and whether you came.
- Once you start: your first day, and what your manager writes down during your first 90 days. That can include their notes from check-ins, their reviews of how it is going, and a decision at day 90.
- When each of these happened and who at the business recorded it.
Who sees it
- People at the business that you applied to, whom the business has given access.
- [Keepseeker’s legal name and address], only to run and fix Keepseeker.
Keepseeker does not sell what it holds, does not use it to advertise, and does not share it with other businesses. It does not score you, and nothing in Keepseeker turns anyone away on its own: the business's questions only change the order it sees people in.
Your link
After you apply you get a page of your own, at a private link. Anyone who has the link can open it, so keep it to yourself.
Seeing, changing or deleting it
Ask the business you applied to. They can correct what they hold and can delete your record in Keepseeker. You can also write to [contact email], and we will pass your request to them.
Keepseeker does not contact you. Anything you hear about your application comes from the business.
If your business uses Keepseeker
- Your records are yours. Keepseeker uses them only to run the product for you.
- What is held: your business's details, your jobs, your applicants and new hires as above, the numbers you enter for Analytics, the people on your team and their email addresses, and a record of each change: when it happened, when it was recorded and by whom.
- Emails: people with full access are emailed on the mornings something needs them, and when an applicant is waiting. Each email is kept for 60 days. Anyone can switch them off.
- Cookies: one, to keep you signed in, for 30 days. To count visits to your jobs, Keepseeker keeps a scrambled value that changes every day; it is not a cookie and does not follow anyone around the web.
- Where it is kept: [the host and the country, once Keepseeker is hosted].
- Deleting: anyone with full access can delete a person's record. The account that set up the business can delete the business, which deletes everything it holds and everyone's sign-in at once.
